I-Bar Sealer: Most basic sealer for polyethylene and
some other films. Optionally available with a slide cutter (red knob in
photo). Most models operate by having the operator push down on black knob
until bag is sealed. They have timer that can be preset to let operator
know when to release the bar. Some come with a hold down magnet which
automatically releases when the timer times out. Size Range:
Commonly available in 8", 12", 18", and 24" widths |

Bag Loader and Drop Sealer: This machine accepts
wicketed bags (this means that the bags are made with holes in an extended
bag lip, so that they can be pre-stacked for easier dispensing). The
machine blows open the bag while the operator fills it. Once filled, the
operator merely pushes the bag to an attached sealer. Bag drops to the
desired sealing position and is automatically sealed and released. Size
Range: Models are available for bag sizes up to 21" wide and 34" long. |

Semi-Auto Bag Loader:
Model1055
machine significantly reduces the time required to load and seal bags.
Uses bags-on-a-roll. Operator fills bag with help of funnel, then presses
foot pedal to seal. |

Automatic Bag Loader and Sealer: Automatic version
of above. At the beginning of the cycle, the
model 6500
dispenses a bag and blows it open. Operator fills the bag with the help of
various optionally available funnels and trays. Once filled, the bag is
automatically sealed, cut and dropped away, then the next bag is dispensed.
Optionally available with a full featured printer. Size Range:
Accepts bags from 2" to 12" wide and up to 22" long with a standard model.
Special sizes are available also. |
