Titan has pioneered the "No-Seal-Joint" technology for steel strapping.  The Titan "No-Seal-Joint" has proved its reliability millions of times throughout the world.  Titan sealless tools combine all three functions of tensioning, sealing and cutting the strap in one, resulting in an efficiency of about 80% of the break strength of the strap. The PKE's advanced technology utilizes a specially designed sealing mechanism which causes less wear on the internal components while making a seal, which leads to a longer lifetime compared to conventional tools. The new PKE tool is based on a simple concept: It is made of fewer parts than any tool in its class. Consequently, maintenance is simple and the replacement of worn parts very economical. 

The tool weighs a rugged 24 lbs.  When suspended from the hanger bracket with a tool balancer, it is very easy to manipulate, and is readily accepted by operators.
