Basic Model:  Comprised of a simple bar sealer and hand held shrink gun.  The product to be packaged is placed within the center folded film.  The bar sealer makes a seal around the package and the heat gun is used to shrink the film.

Size Range:  Limited the length of the bar seal.  Standard sizes of bar seals are 12" 18" and 24".

Maxi-Pack:  Lower cost model, made for industrial use.  This is an all-in-one L-sealer and matching tunnel with a 14 x 18 L-sealer dimension.  Options include magnetic hold down device and product take-away conveyor on the L-sealer portion.  Call All-Star Packaging for additional help.

Size Range:  L-sealer is 14 x 18.  The size of product that can be packaged may less than 14 x 18 and depends also on the product's height.  Call for help on sizing.

Model 1620 L-Sealer:  The L-sealer and tunnel are separately purchased so that each may be optimally sized.  This allows for much more flexibility.  L-bars range in size from 16" x 20" (shown) up to custom sizes of 30" x 50" and up.

Model 16-D Tunnel:   The tunnel accepts packages up to 16" wide.  Other sizes are available.  Tunnels are optionally available in larger volumes to improve air circulation and therefore the quality and appearance of the shrinking.  Call for help.

Model 1725 Automated L-sealer and tunnel.  Automated version of above models.  Packages are conveyed in, wrapped and the seal bar comes down in order to form the loose bag around the product.  This product is then shrunk, using an appropriately sized tunnel.  Call for assistance.
Model B-24 Sleeve Wrapper and Tunnel:  Machine is used for sleeve wrapping or shrink bundling of items together.  The film (usually polyethylene) is vertically draped in the wrapper, and as the product pushes against the film, it forces a draping of the film to occur, covering the front, back, top and bottom of the product.  When the film is shrunk, the sides of the package are partially exposed, forming a "bulls-eye".
